Manufacturing Process
The discharged coco pith is conveyed directly onto a fully concreted surface, ensuring complete protection from soil contact and external contaminants. The stockpile area itself is entirely concrete-lined to maintain hygienic handling conditions throughout storage
The pith is then subjected to a carefully monitored fermentation process, carried out under shade and strictly on concrete platforms, in accordance with the IIHR (Indian Institute of Horticultural Research) process control protocol.
Representative test samples are routinely drawn and analyzed to verify compliance with all quality specifications.
Once the material meets the required standards, it is precisely bagged and prepared for dispatch.
